    Job Type : Full-time

    This is a Workday - Financial consultant role :-

    • Relevant experience in large scale Workday implementations-preferably Financials
    • Management consulting experience in a client facing consulting role.

    Summary: The HRIS Lead’s responsibilities include processing employee data including overseeing inbound and outbound integrations to and from external HR providers.     HRIS and HR Operations Lead – Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems.
    • Oversee the processing of employee data (Active and Retiree) in the HCM system and integrations to/from external providers.
    • Collect necessary data for EEO-1 reporting.
    • Oversee support of Audit, Compliance, and Utility Regulated activity for HR.
    • Design manuals and document data processing procedures.
    • Generate ad-hoc reports (e.g. turnover, hiring costs, benefits, etc.)
    • Collaborate with IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to the HRIS

    Workday Financials Integration Developer

    This role is largely focused on Workday Studio, with less of an emphasis on EIBs and Core Connectors. Candidates should have demonstrated experience developing highly customized and complex integrations from scratch.

    This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and technical solutions for the Finance applications. In addition, this position will take on the responsibility for:

    • Building Workday integration and technical solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the business
    • Managing data analysis and data integration of disparate systems
    • Interpreting and solutioning functional requirements with Workday technology solutions
    • Providing problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop quality integration and solution designs
    • Ability to work on both break fix and optimization efforts for integrations

    • Have 3+ years of experience with Workday Integrations development with strong skills in EIBs, Studio, and Core/Cloud Connectors.

    Job Description :

    The Test Consultant will work with our clients to ensure that the testing of their Workday configuration is delivered within the overall project timelines and meet the quality objectives. The Test Consultant is a key role in the Masterex Test Services capability.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with a client during implementation of Workday
    • Planning test activities, in terms of scope and test load
    • Ensuring the agreed test load ensures adequate test coverage
    • Risk based prioritisation of testing
    • Analysis of design documents to support writing test scripts
    • Execution of test scripts on behalf of the client
    • Use of test tools (e.g. JIRA and Test rail)
    • Support client-side ownership from a functional and integration perspective
    • Deliver test metrics and reports
    • Support defect and change management
    • Working with the Workday Implementation Partner consultants in planning testing and providing feedback on any configuration issues
    • Supporting junior colleagues actively through training and development.

    Qualification:

    • A Minimum of 2 years commercial experience within a software testing environment, preferably within a client facing role
    • Experience of planning and executing testing.
    • Knowledge of the trends in information technology, especially ‘Cloud’ computing and SaaS concepts.
    • Preferred working knowledge of HCM, Financials or Payroll applications
    • Excellent communication skills including business writing and spoken and written English
    • Understanding of quality assurance and automated testing
    • Excellent customer facing skills

    Job Description

    • Manage new Workday and HR System project/enhancement requests from initiation through post implementation support including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment
    • Act as the Senior Technical Analyst for HR Technology projects which support the business and human resources strategy
    • Perform day-to-day operations that include: Research, review, analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HRIS system, Workday

    • Workday experience is required – Minimum 4+ years
